A lot of people have been asking me to do a drawing for Charlotte to complete the Lizzie Bennet Diaries’s set. I actually had done one a while ago but I had decide against posting it for a few reasons.
I couldn’t get the colours right, couldn’t get a sketch of Julia Cho that looked enough like her and I didn’t know what to write in the background.
To this day, I’m still not 100% satisfied about the colour and the sketch but I decide to post it anyway… :D
Congrats to the lizzie bennet team for coming to the end of this wonderful (very successful) journey this week. (wow)
I need to remember to get the dvd set from kickstarter….
Sorry it took so long for me to update, I’ve been feeling under the weather.
Here is my attempt to draw Jane from “The Lizzie Diaries”. I love the actress who play her. She is so very cute.
I didnt know what to write behind her… or if i should write anything at all. I though of “Oh! HI! It’s so nice to see you”
I’m not super satisfied of how this drawing turned out… maybe I’ll have another go at the character some other time. :)
Anyway… Last week’s episode was sooooooo cute! I loved it. Yay! :D
I got the inspiration for the dress: here
So i spent most of today fangirling over the fact that Hank Green, Bernie Su, Ashley Clements and Mary Kate Wiles saw my drawing and liked it. Yay!!!! Made my day really.
I really like Lydia in this adaptation. My favorite Lydia’s moment is in episode 23. I love the relationship between the sisters.
Anyway, Mary Kate asked for a Lydia drawing!!! (btw so sorry, i wasnt sure what your eye colour was…..Let’s pretend it’s green!)
So my new obsession is called “The Lizzie Bennet Diaries”.
It’s a Pride and Prejudice adaptation in the form of video blogs. It’s funny, clever, wonderful and I LOVE IT.
Dear crew and cast from The LBD, thank you very for creating such an awesome show.
You can check it out here: here
I stole the graphic design for the text from the show’s official t-shirt: here
